Queen Streetcar Service to Divert

The TTC will be conducting streetcar track repairs on Queen St. E. at Carlaw Avenue and in the Neville Loop this weekend. Work will start at 6 a.m. on Saturday, March 20, and will be completed by the beginning of service at 5 a.m., Monday, March 22.

Toronto Grows the Greenbelt

One of the most exciting things I have been able to accomplish as City Councillor and Chair of the Parks & Environment Committee has been working with the Toronto Environmental Alliance to bring The Don and Humber Rivers Valleys into the Provincial Greenbelt on its 5th Anniversary.

East end of Danforth seeing some positive developments

Some positive changes have been taking place on the east end of Danforth Avenue and more are still to come. One of those changes includes the re-utilization of the Allen’s Theatre at Danforth and Greenwood avenues into a convenience store and Tim Hortons location by Imperial Oil (Esso).
