Councillor Fletcher's Skating Party

Join Councillor Paula Fletcher, Councillor Mary Fragedakis and Trustee Cathy Dandy at the annual Skating Party at Withrow Park Skating Rink. The event is Sunday February 13, 2011, from 2pm to 4pm. There will be free hot chocolate, hot dogs, face painting, kid’s activities, surprise draws and Zero Gravity Circus will provide entertainment.

Diwali Festival

The Gerrard India Bazaar is hosting its annual Diwali Festival this Saturday and Sunday in Little India. Diwali, often referred to as the Festival of Lights, is the most glamorous and the most important occasion in India. People of every religion enthusiastically embrace it.
